I have a definite lust on for girly florals right now, especially ala Luella s/s 08. There's almost something subversive about wearing something so traditionally sweet and girly in a way that certainly doesn't feel particularly traditional or sweet.
I would love to try some florals out in my own wardrobe, but I have extreme doubts about actually being able to pull it off without looking like a complete and utter fool. I know I have a floral skirt in a drawer somewhere that I've had since about grade 10 so I may give it a try in the privacy of my own (newly decorated/re-arranged!) bedroom. With the door locked.
I'll keep you updated...or not.
